Lifting slings are safety-related industrial products, and their quality directly affects operation safety and load safety on site. From the moment raw materials enter our factory, we check polyester yarn, webbing density, color, surface condition and batch stability.
During the webbing and sewing process, we focus on webbing width, thickness, edge smoothness, stitching strength and sewing workmanship. For flat webbing slings and double eye slings, the eye loops and reinforced stitching are especially important because these parts bear high tension during actual use and directly affect the overall safety and durability of the product.
After production is completed, we inspect the appearance, labels, colors, length, stitching and packaging of finished lifting slings. Clear and complete label information helps customers identify product specifications, working load limit and usage precautions, while also reducing the risk of incorrect use caused by unclear identification on site.
According to customer requirements, we can also provide load testing, factory inspection records and related quality documents. For export customers, stable quality and standardized packaging are equally important. Different markets may have different requirements for label language, packaging method and product specifications, so we can provide customized labels, individual packing, carton packing, pallet packing and bulk shipment services according to customer needs.
