Endless Round Sling is a soft, flexible, and high-strength lifting solution designed for safe and efficient heavy-duty lifting operations. Unlike flat webbing slings, endless round slings feature a continuous loop structure and soft tubular design, which help distribute load pressure more evenly, reduce pressure points, and provide better protection for delicate or finished surfaces.
Manufactured from high-tenacity polyester yarn as the load-bearing core, each sling is covered with a durable woven protective sleeve to improve abrasion resistance and extend service life. The round sling structure makes it more flexible than flat webbing slings, allowing easier adjustment during lifting and better adaptation to irregularly shaped loads.
Compared with steel wire ropes, chain slings, and flat webbing slings, endless round slings are lighter, easier to handle, and more suitable for lifting loads that require surface protection. Their soft contact surface helps prevent scratches, dents, and other surface damage during lifting. The endless loop design also allows the sling to be rotated during use, helping distribute wear more evenly and prolong the sling’s working life.
Our Endless Round Slings are manufactured in accordance with EN 1492-2 standard for textile round slings. Each sling can be color-coded according to its Working Load Limit (WLL), allowing quick identification and safer operation on site. Various capacities, lengths, safety factors, and sleeve types are available to meet different lifting requirements.
