Unlike endless round slings, which have a continuous loop structure, double eye round slings are designed with two fixed lifting eyes. This structure allows quick and secure connection with hooks, shackles, master links, and other lifting hardware. Compared with flat webbing slings, double eye round slings have a softer tubular structure, offering better flexibility, more even load contact, and improved protection against scratches, dents, and pressure marks.
The sling is manufactured from high-tenacity polyester yarn as the internal load-bearing core and covered with a durable woven protective sleeve. The outer sleeve helps improve abrasion resistance, protects the inner core, and extends the service life of the sling in demanding working environments. Its lightweight and flexible design makes it easier to handle than steel wire ropes and chain slings, while still providing reliable lifting performance.
Our Double Eye Round Slings are manufactured according to EN 1492-2 standard for textile round slings. Different working load limits, lengths, safety factors, sleeve colors, and reinforced eye designs can be customized according to customer requirements.
